however, note that it will also depend on what suits her more, in terms of looks and personality. If she looks and acts young (do not confuse this with immaturity), she could pull of the cute look. The typical types of guys who would be interested are those who look for innocence and like the sweet, young, girl next door (I think)

If she looks and acts mature and sophisticated, go with the sophisticated look. This is my favourite look and it shows a much more accomplished woman with a sense of style. Unfortunately, I am one of those people who is in the minority so I don't know what sort of guys like this look.

It depends on the type of guy she wants to attract. Cool is more of an attitude that shows than a style. As to a look guys like : Go with a light foundation, dark mascara with light colored eye shadow, cherry red lipstick (infallible) with wild cherry lip gloss, a short plaid skirt from Hot Topic, leggings & boots, a white top, wear a semi sophisticated hairdo that shows the ears and neck, some dangly earrings, & a hello kitty handbag. This is the wild girl look. It should get her almost any guy she wants.
